FAQ’S

  • A2 refers to a type of beta-casein protein found in milk. It's different from A1 beta-casein, another protein variant. A2 milk specifically contains only the A2 beta-casein protein, which some people find easier to digest than milk containing both A1 and A2 proteins.

  • Sheep milk ice cream is not only easier to digest for many people but also tends to be higher in essential nutrients like protein, calcium, and vitamins compared to traditional cow's milk. Which aids in adding overall nutritional support.

  • We source our sheep milk from Fia Fia Farms in Dallas, Oregon

  • We offer a traditional cow milk ice cream along with seasonal sorbets - which serves as our vegan option.

  • While some of our specialty flavors are still made in Tin City, Paso Robles, CA we've moved our production to the Pacific Northwest and are working very closely with a creamery that puts the same love and care to each recipe - just like it was made at home.

  • Our Founder Alexis Negranti no longer makes our ice cream but we handle each of her recipes with care to carry out the legacy.

  • Unfortunately, not yet. This is a process we are looking into. Keep checking back for updates.
