In 2010 our Founder Alexis Negranti started Negranti Creamery as a way to marry her love for sustainable agriculture, and her passion for good, quality food. From the beginning, it’s been about creating wholesome, delicious ice cream that she can feel good about feeding her family. 

Every scoop of our ice cream is handcrafted in small batches, using milk sourced from family farms across America. Our ice cream is a marriage of old-world charm and new-world innovation, a salute to Grandma's recipes, hand-churned and packed with love.

“Yummy and unique ice cream shop with both cows milk ice cream and sheep's milk ice cream! My husband loved the sheep's milk cookies and cream. He said it was very light and smooth, not like heavy cream regular ice cream. I had the cows milk cake batter ice cream and it was also a little lighter than regular ice cream, very yummy! Friendly service and very cute interior and location, we will stop again next time we are in paso!
